In ow many days would I receive my purchase?

The delivery will arrive in 2-3 days from the purchase for Europe, while for the other countries everything depends on the country of destination. If the order is made before noon, the package will leave on the same day, otherwise it will leave the next day. You receive a tracking number to help you track the progress of your merchandise. It will be sent to you by e-mail.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery in Italy is free. In all other countries the price depends on the destination country. At the moment of the purchase it will be communicated according to the choice you will make: express or normal.

Which ways of payment are accepted?

It is possible to make payment with Paypal. If you do not have a profile on Paypal, credit cards are accepted.

Can I change the delivery address?

It is possible to change the delivery address until the package has not been sent. To report the change please email us at info@takeoffcollections.com with the new data for delivery and order number. If the parcel has already been sent, it will no longer be possible to modify the delivery address.


Can I make changes to my order?

We accept changes to the order between maximum 2 hours of payment. Please report the changes by emailing info@takeoffcollections.com with the order number in the confirmation email.

I would like to cancel my order. How do I do?

If the payment has not yet been made simply do not complete the purchase process. Otherwise, if the purchase has been made, you must send an email as soon as possible to info@takeoffcollections.com specifying the order number present in the email. The payment will be reimbursed in the terms and within the time stipulated by law. If the package has already been sent it is no longer possible to cancel the order.

Returns and refunds

We do not accept returns. If for any reason the swimsuit is not the right size, you can send an email to info@takeoffcollections.com explaining the problem. You will receive a gift voucher of the purchase amount. You can use it within 15 days after receiving it to make a new purchase. We ask you to check the package when it arrives. The swimsuit considers itself with defects if received already damaged or with a defect of manufacture. Contact us between 15 days of receipt of the order.
